Your rental fee covers the venue space itself, tables, comfortable chairs, full event setup and teardown, on-site event security, and professional post-event cleaning.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to officially lock in your date.
Yes. We understand you may need a moment to coordinate with family or vendors. We can place a tentative hold on your preferred date for up to 72 hours before the $500 deposit is required to secure it.
Because we block out the entire facility for your date and turn away other potential bookings, the $500 deposit will be retained by the venue in the event of any cancellation, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
No. Walker Hall features an exclusive, professionally staffed in-house catering team. We do not allow outside catering services.
Our turn-key buffet and plated packages are designed to give your guests a premium experience. A basic meal package includes your choice of 2 meats, 3 sides, fresh rolls, tea, soft drinks, water, and coffee. It also includes all necessary condiments and full premium table settings, including real china, cups, and silverware.
Absolutely! While they are not included in the baseline package, fresh salads and a wide array of homemade desserts—including warm cobblers, bread pudding, pies, and cheesecakes—can easily be added to your custom menu.
